Aisha's pregnant ?

IPSHITA'S POV -

"Ipshi Maami, I'm here!" I twirled around, and there was my little Shaira, running toward me with her tiny feet. I couldn't help but smile as I watched her small self coming closer.

"Shairu baby, slow down, or you'll trip and hurt yourself." I kneeled down to her level, and she flew into my arms, hugging my neck with her tiny hands.

I picked her up and gave her a quick peck on her left cheek, which made her giggle.

"Where's Mumma, my baby?" I kissed her other cheek, leaving a lipstick mark that made me chuckle.

She's just so cute.

"Mumma is teakin' owt (taking out) gifts from the car, and Dada will carrie (carry) them all, or else Mumma will pitai him." She placed her tiny hands over her mouth and started laughing, and I couldn't help but laugh along with her.

"Am I disturbing the Maami-Bhaanji moment?" Both of us snapped our heads in the same direction, and there was Aisha, walking toward us with Shivaansh behind her, carrying some bags.

I bent down and set Shaira back on her feet before walking toward Aisha.

"Yes, you were, but the Bhabhi-Nanand moment is just as important." I took a few more steps toward Aisha, then pulled her into a warm hug. "How are you, my darling?" I asked, pulling back from the hug and smiling warmly at her.

"I'm totally fine. How are you? Any progress in recovery?" she asked, squeezing my hands warmly, her eyes filled with emotion. I nodded in agreement.

Hi, everyone! I'm Ipshita Agastya Singh Rajput, wife of Agastya Singh Rajput, and a neurology patient.

Five years ago, I had a tragic car accident that left me with multiple injuries, mostly to my head. Sometimes, I suffer from severe headaches that lead to panic attacks.

I was told I was in a coma for six months. When I woke up, I saw Agastya, my husband, by my side. His eyes literally lit up when he saw me awake, but at that moment, I felt a sharp pain in my head, and a doctor was called in to handle things.

I also learned that Agastya and I had been engaged at the time, and the proof was a big diamond ring on my finger with A&I initials.

He told me I had met with an accident a day after our engagement, which resulted in multiple injuries, especially to my brain.

Anyway, the past is the past, and it should stay there. Let's focus on the present. And by the way, it's been five years since I married him.

But the truth is, Agastya was forced into this marriage. He had a girlfriend seven years ago who was tragically murdered, and he couldn't move on from her. So, his family pushed him into marrying me. But eventually, he fell in love with me. I love him even more, though. laughs

Agastya loved her more than anything in this world. Her name was INAYAAT SHARMA.

So, that's a little about me!

"Gifts for you and Aggy-waggy!" Shivaansh placed the bags on the table and walked toward me, arms open for a hug, which I gladly accepted.

"But what's the occasion?" I looked at the couple standing in front of me, confused. They just smiled sheepishly. Actually, Shivaansh was smirking, and Aisha was blushing.

I'm more confused now.

"Maami, Mumma and Dada have a salplais (surprise) for you and Mamu." Shaira placed her tiny hands over her mouth and giggled.

"Shairu, shush." Aisha playfully glared at her, and my baby kept her little finger on her lips.

"Bhabhi, where's Bhai? Call him, then we'll tell you," Aisha said, looking at Shivaansh. They exchanged a warm smile.

"He's upstairs. Wait, I'll go call him down." They both nodded, whispering something to each other and giggling. Honestly, they're the cutest couple ever.

I headed upstairs and walked toward our room to call Agastya.

When I reached the door, I knocked, waiting for him to let me in.

He's told me countless times that I can come in anytime and that I don't need to knock, but, you know... etiquette!

"Come in." After a few seconds, I heard Agastya's voice, and I twisted the doorknob to open it.

As I stepped into the room, my eyes immediately went to his.

His eyes were bloodshot and red, his eyelashes wet, and his face tear-streaked, clearly showing that he'd been crying-though he'd never admit it.

He was holding something in his hand, hiding it from me. I was almost certain it was Inayaat's photo.

"Uh, Shivaansh and Aisha are downstairs. They're waiting for us," I said, hesitantly, eyeing his state. He just nodded.

"Yeah, let's go." He tucked the photo into his pocket and walked past me, leaving me behind.

"One day, Agastya... one day, I hope you'll love me as much as you loved her. I know you love me, but it still hurts to be your second choice."

I whispered to myself and wiped the lone tear that slipped down my cheek and followed him downstairs, locking the door behind me.

Downstairs, I saw Agastya playfully bantering with Aisha, and Shivaansh was busy playing with Shaira.

"So, what's the surprise?" I descended the last step of the stairs and walked toward them, catching all their attention.

"Bhabhi, you'll find out, but first, let's cut a cake!" A cake? Aisha happily marched toward one of the bags she had brought and carefully pulled out the cake box.

What's going on? Now I'm even more confused.

She placed the cake on the table, and Agastya and I both exchanged glances, then looked at the cake.

It was half blue, half pink, with 'Coming Soon' written on it.

For a moment, I couldn't quite grasp what 'Coming Soon' meant, but when I did, I couldn't stop myself from shouting in shock and excitement.

"AISHA'S PREGNANT?"
